From the initial concept through construction, we collaborate closely with architects and builders, overseeing every phase—from selecting materials and fixtures to sourcing, procuring, and installing furniture and decor. While based in California and Florida, we proudly take on projects nationwide. Our Team

Andelin Design House is built on the combined talents of Vanessa and Olivia, a mother-daughter duo with a passion for design, craftsmanship, and business. Vanessa’s journey began in 1994, buying, flipping, and selling homes, later opening Rooster Hollow, a furniture and design store in Saint George, Utah, alongside her father and mentor. After relocating to California, she mastered every aspect of custom home building, designing, furnishing, and delivering turnkey solutions. Olivia has been by her mother’s side throughout the journey, managing the business behind the scenes, from accounting and brand identity to client relations, while also contributing to custom builds. Together, Vanessa and Olivia bring a seamless blend of creativity, business expertise, and hands-on experience to every project, ensuring that each home is as beautiful as it is functional.
